NHRSN's Week in Review

As most of you know by now I was not selected for the Governor of NH of RSN. The Red Sox introdcued the 6 winners of the New England states yesterday. They have also updated the Red Sox Nation page. They have added a link for the 6 new governors. They also have opened the balloting of the remainder of the U.S. States.

I want to congratulate Jared Carrabis, for winning the Massachusetts Governor race. Jared definately deserves it for all he does for us Sox fans on Myspace.

So what a week of Red Sox baseball. We lose 3 in a row down in Tampa and fall 5 games back of the Rays in the AL east standings. Then we play a 3 game set against the Minnesota Twins and are only 2 games back as of Wednesday night. The sweep of the Twins and the Yankees taking both games in the 2 game visit of the Rays definately tightened up the race.

In other news... The Red Sox are sending 7 players to the All-Star game at Yankee Stadium next week. Big Papi hit live pitching this week. Justin Masterson was sent down to work on middle relief while Clay Buccholz will be called up to pitch in Friday's game against the O's. I am psyched it will be the first time that I will see Buccholz down at Fenway so I am looking forward to that.

What the hell is going on with Dustin Pedroia? The guy is playing unbelievable baseball offensively and defensively. I know he was for real last year and showed RSN what and how he could play. To me he is surpassing everything that he accomplished last year.

If any of you are going to be heading down to Fenway, Friday the 11th of July drop me a line maybe we can meet up and have a beer.

The site has been pretty dead. Why?! I really don't know. Traffic is down quite abit. I want to thank everyone for their comments and compliments on the new page layout.
